On my way to work this morning I was greeted with the sight of squillions of little people marching down Devonshire Road in the direction of HOP. When I reached Hop there were even MORE heading up to One Tree Hill like an army of ants! Was it an uprising? a takeover? a mirage?
They were kids coming from Fairlawn school for their annual sports day - converging on Honor Oak recreation ground.
Thanks for the explanation - I can sleep safely knowing it isn't an invasion. I suppose the route makes sense when you consider the placing of zebra crossings. I didnt know there were so many little people in existence!
