I re-reported this failure to complete the work and the report was immediately closed but after emailing the Love Lewisham team the barriers were replaced (with sandbags to keep them in place) and the hole was filled in a few days later.
There is now a nice new piece of tarmac. The barriers remain a week after the repairs were carried out.
