I saw in the papers that Lionel Jeffries had died and that he was born in Forest Hill. Anybody know where, and is there a blue plaque?

He was born in Forest Hill, at a maternity home run by two midwives at 77 Sunderland Road. However his parents Bernard (a Salvation Army officer) and Elsie were living at 1 Hansler Road, East Dulwich where, presumably, Lionel spent his earliest years.
