There will be talk in Library:

'The Pubs of Forest Hill and Sydenham' with Neil Pettigrew at 10.30am - 12 noon on Monday 7th September.

Refreshments (tea and coffee only!) free.

Sounds interesting Michael. I am a bit of an expert of the pub situation but only from late 60's , guess this person will go back a lot further.

Sounds like the Forest Hill Society should organise an historic pub crawl. Would that be of interest to people?

We have previously done a pub crawl that started with a ghost tour round the Capitol, including going to the upper seating and onto the roof!
