Does anybody have any idea why they have started works on the south circular (by the coop) at 22.00 hours with no sign of abating. Lots of drilling and hammering - it's driving me mad!!

At that time I would assume a gas/water/electricity problem.
Having a supply outage is usually more annoying than the noise.
Im sure the workmen would like to be in bed too. Especially with the temperature.
