Hello, we're thinking of putting an offer on a flat in the cityview court development on overhill road - east dulwich. We have a couple of concerns though about the dawson heights estate next door. Does anyone know this area and whether the estate is dodgy at all?

I think this post is unfortunate in the way that it appears to be OK to consider 'estates' in their entirety as if an alien species inhabits them. It appears to be the last sayable prejudice and also suggests that people who live there are unlikely to read this, unless you are insensitive to how someone might react to their home being branded as 'dodgy'.
