Had a note through the door from the council about planning permission at this address. The application is to demolish the existing 2 storey property and replace it with 5 flats (1 3 bed, 2 2 bed and 2 1 bed) over 3 storeys, but only 2 parking spaces. I think its the property on the corner of Tyson Raod and Devonshire Road. People have until 6th Oct to raise any objections.
