Hi everyone,
My flat on Perry Vale is currently empty and available for a short term tenant.
It's in the 2nd floor, so there's stairs. It's a lovely place to be, with beautiful views and lovely neighbours. A new kitchen was put in at the beginning of this year. Has Internet and is fully furnished.
