Full Version: Any estate agent recommendations?

We're more in Honor Oak Park than Forest Hill and starting to think about selling. Can anyone recommend a decent estate agent, preferably a smaller, local-ish one and not one of the large chains?

Recommendations of who to avoid would also be appreciated!
