Exiting Forest Hill station this evening I noticed a really distinct sewage smell (of pee and poo) It seemed to be eminating from a big water leak that is running down London Road into Dartmouth Rd near the Betting shop.
Its really disgusting and I'm sure less than hygenic.
Any ideas if its been reported? Should I report it?
The leak was apparent yesterday but its got worse and now stinks.

Definitely report the leak.

Sewage should not be running down the road. Rainwater sewers are above foul sewers to prevent contamination.

It sounds as if a sewer may be blocked.
