A section of Dartmouth Road will be closed from Friday morning at 9.30am until further notice for Thames Water works.

This means Routes 122, 176 and 197 won't serve Dartmouth Road and are on diversion.

Route 122 will be diverted along London Road, Sydenham Rise, Sydenham Hill and Kirkdale to line of route.

Routes 176 and 197 are on diversion along Sydenham Hill and Kirkdale and will not serve London Road and Dartmouth Road. There will be no bus service into Forest Hill on those routes.

Passengers who require the 176 and 197 heading towards Aldwych or Peckham should use Bus 185 to Lordship Lane/Wood Vale and change there.

Passengers for Sydenham should use the 122 or rail services.

Passengers for Penge should use bus 356 or use the 185 to Lordship Lane/Wood Vale for the 176/197. Bus 75 is also an option with a walk from Perry Rise/Mayow Road or rail services to Penge West.

Routes 185, 356 and P4 will operate normally throughout.
Thanks for posting this info, really helpful to know what is planned.
That along with the Thames Water disruption works to the 176, 197 and 227 along Crystal Place Park Road leading into Penge.
