Hi there, has anybody been having trouble with their BT internet recently?
We had a total loss of service from 3 November. An engineer said it's affected the whole area.
Trying to find out if anyone else has managed to get any insight on when it's going to be resolved? Every time I chase them they just tell me to wait a few more days for an update.
