Hi all, we are selling our house and have not yet found a property. We have a longer term letting sorted from Jan but before we sign, we wondered if anything more flexible could be found.
Ideal:
- 2 months minimum with 1 month rolling notice, or a fixed 4 month (would like the option to exit before 6 months)
- In Lewisham boundary
- 1 (if large) or 2 beds - we are a couple with an 8 year old
- Furnished

Hi Debbie,

We have a furnished 3 bedroom flat in Forest Hill which we rent out short term to people in the middle of a house sale or during renovations. It's available from early January.
