I reported about fly-tipping along my road on Tuesday (19th August) on the Fix My Street website and found out it has already been reported on the 4th August. I have also reported it on Lewisham's own website Love Lewisham website and also informed the three so-called councillors of which one took two days to reply so much for them suppose to be serving the community?. if they was on a productive wage they would not earn minimum wage. Lewisham Council are clearly not performing their legal duties to clear their land of rubbish under the Environment Protection Act 1990 section 33 and if it is not cleared will be passing on to the Environment Agency for possible prosecution which could result in a large fine which would be better spend providing a better service for the council tax payers and dealing with this issue. If it is not clear soon I will be getting in a private licensed waste carrier to deal with the matter and will pass the invoice on to the local councillors. The street cleansing contractor is clearly not keeping within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) between them and the council and needs to monitor their performance.
