Hello, I have a lovely spacious double room available in a 2 Bed House in Honor Oak Park SE23 from the 1st October 2019 or earlier considered.
Private garden, free parking. Situated on a quiet residential street. Minutes away to HOP station.
I am looking for a mature professional to share the house with who is looking for a tranquil/relaxing place to live. Someone tidy and clean, considerate and reliable.
The room is clean, great condition, well looked after, neutrally decorated. High ceilings and large windows, south facing, lots of natural light. The room has a comfy double bed (top of the range mattress) a table and chair. Otherwise it is unfurnished. Plenty of space for furniture.
The current tenant has been living here for 4 years and now moving out of London
I thoroughly enjoy living here. It is a lovely and airy comfortable house, minutes away from all amenities. Free parking. Excellent for commuting. Clean and tidy throughout. Because it’s a house, there is a good sense of space and privacy. Storage. A private garden, vegetable patch if you want to grow your own. Dining room, separate kitchen, lounge, roomy bathroom with shower and bath. The neighbours are very respectful and pleasant.
Usual amenities includes, washing machine, fridge freezer, broadband /wifi.
Plenty of shops nearby and a local Sainsbury. Restaurants and bars.
Fantastic area if you enjoy nature, forests walks, parks and there is a sports ground 10 mins away.
Walking distance to Forest Hill.
£740 per month (+deposit) including bills except for gas & electric’s which comes quarterly. Fitted with an Eco boiler system helps reduce bills quite a lot.
Accept smokers but not in the house, in the garden only.
