It is REPORTED:

“Talk Talk have had a total outage in the area since 22.50 last night which is affecting phone, broadband & TV servces. This is apparently due to flooding in the Forest Hill exchange! Engineers onsite”

Yes they promised me a text to keep us updated on progress but of course nothing arrived. It does seem to have been slightly flakey of late before this event finished it off.

And again this evening.....

appears to be back this morning, but reliability is worrying!!!!!!

I spoke to them last night and they blame technical issues in the exchange so nothing to do with them.....allegedly.

PO telecom confirmed it was an issue at the exchange, apologised and hoped it would now be stable.
