Anyone know who to contact about unfinished or poorly finished parts of the Dartmouth Road improvements? I mean, surely things like the attached can't be left as is. [attachment=4602]

I believe there is already a discussion between the local authorities, and the contractors about this matter.

I would have thought that the local councillors would be a good place to start. They are more likely to get a response from council officers and contractors than Joe Public.
