Is everyone happy with the way the consultation is being carried out? The questions seem quite loaded to me and don't make it overly clear that polluting black cabs will be exempt for some time to come! Seems to me that one result will be that the areas tight in to the north and south circ. roads will see an increase in polluting traffic as these vehicles skirt the zone.

Exactly what I think as I live south of the South Circular.
