Just as a matter of interest, how many people have registered the glossy Council production - "Sydenham and Forest Hill Life" - - and if so how? Picked up from libraries, delivered door to door?

(Apologies for the cross posting with Sydenham Town Forum, but this is just as much SE23 as SE26)
I have a copy of the first issue - can't remember how I got it, delivered through the door I think. Haven't seen the second issue.
I found a copy of the Winter 2008 edition at the library this morning. No sign of it on the council website. Has it/will it been delivered to anybody?
We received it through the letterbox this week. This was a pleasant surprise as being the SE6 end of SE23, we often miss out on SE23 leaflet drops.

There is a questionnaire on the back page where, for providing your feedback, you recieve entry into a competition to win a meal for two at Question Bar.

I have sent my feedback anonymously.
Was this thread written by Alexi Sayle?
I did get one in Silerdale, but I wonder if it was special delivery, thanks to starting this thread and the other on STF!
The next issue of Sydenham and Forest Hill Life should be distributed to the whole of Sydenham, Forest Hill and Perry Vale ward's.

If you are unsure what ward you are in you can check on this page:
http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/CouncilAndDem...uncillors/

It is also available on the website at:
http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/CommunityAndL...llLife.htm

Please could you contact Will Bouquet on 020 8314 9985 to report any problems with distribution so that we can rectify the situation.

Thanks
Helen Hilton
We got it delivered to our house in SE23. I looked in vain for the contact details of our elusive town centre manager. It does strike me as odd that a publication like this makes no mention of her role. Indeed I remain unclear what the role of town centre managers is in the borough of Lewisham. They were certainly much more high profile and accessible in Lambeth...until the council abolished them!
