Honor Oak Road is running with water from a leak in Havelock House. Does anyone know the contact details of the Housing Association which runs the 3 houses? Thames Water and Lewisham Council claim no responsibility as the leak is 'on the property' The water is flowing freely from the Havelock Houses and across the road. It is also coming from an old BT manhole close to the P4 Bus Stop Ewelme Road towards Lewisham and crossing the road - the newly resurfaced road. What to do?

about the leaks.
