It's the roadworks at the end of Devonshire Road by the South Circular
They have been trimming the trees back on Taymount Rise recently. That does not necessarily mean you aren't going crazy
They have decided to narrow the south circular and change the pavement. No planning permission, they just felt like.
It's really noisy for us who live next door
The pavement seems to be narrower as well!
It's definitely wider. Gives more space for people to cycle along the pavement instead of the road
