can anyone recommend someone reliable to put a new fascia (Sp?) up? It's a first floor flat so only 3 sides. I have been bitten in the past by someone saying they have fixed the gutter and they haven't - it still leaks but I was told by someone clearing the gutter I need a new fascia as there is wood rot
