After our third unhappy experience of property management it looks like we will need to change property mangers yet again for our group of 12 flats in Forest Hill. The company we are currently with looked to be wonderful on their web pages (indeed they still do!) but in a practical sense we have found them almost completely useless except in collecting their quarterly fee which is always done promptly.
We are not quite sure how to ensure that we don't get burnt again. Does anyone out there have any good experiences that they would like to share, or indeed companies they think should be avoided? Feel free to send me a private message if you prefer, particularly if you'd rather not tell a negative story on the public pages!
