I'm a 43 year old single female in need of somewhere to stay in between leaving rented accommodation and moving into the flat I'm buying (expected to be ready some time in May, date TBC). I'm a non smoker and I work for a housing association. Does anyone have a spare room I could rent to earn a bit of extra cash please? I'm looking to spend around £500 per month as moving is a very expensive business! Thanks, Teresa
