In trying to think how we can benefit from the night tube when we have no tube, I checked on ways to get from Brixton and note that the P4 is also not a night bus.

Should we try to lobby a) for this to become a night bus and/or b) for the Overground on our branch to run at night too? Otherwise I can't see how we are to benefit from this at all.

I believe there are plans for London Overground to operate an overnight service to New Cross Gate only, which would be useless for most unless you can get someone to pick you up from the station.

However, I agree that the P4 should have a Fri/Sat overnight service once the Night Tube starts in August and we'll still have the 176 and N171 operating overnight.

Thats the problem of living in SE23 - however someone I work with gets on the Northern line each morning at Colliers Wood and has to let at least 3 trains go before he can even board one and this is at 06.45
