A number of residents have been in touch regarding this issue, I have been in touch over the last 5 days with them and just wanted to share the latest update I have received from Thames Water.
The email to report leaks to Thames Water is

Dear Councillor Upex
I am writing to update you further to my emails.
In light of the numerous reports we have received about the damage being caused by the leak, a technician visited site yesterday and confirmed that the leak is much worse. He arranged for the status of the repair to be upgraded to an emergency. As a result, our repair team were able to apply for an emergency lane closure and have begun the repair today. The work is currently in progress and I will contact you again tomorrow to confirm it was completed successfully.
