One of my neighbours in Ticehurst Road has just seen two guys, mid 20s wearing hoodies in her back garden, very close to the back doors of her house. Luckily they scarpered when they spotted her and ran out in to the back alley that runs between Ticehurst Road and Houston Road. The police have been informed.

Any more detail than hoodies so we can keep our eyes open.
