Blimey - there are masked, hooded motorcyclists roving over the Fields. Some of them on bikes without number plates. Cheeky so and so's. One for the local neighbourhood police teams I suppose?
3 bikes? One a mini moto, one a scooter and one motocross bike? Saw these three on Sat night all three no helmets and no plates riding like idiots. The one on the motocross bike could not ride at all, I was embarrassed by him. My ten year old daughter described them as "lame".

BTW, police will not chase them unless they are a threat to life. Health and safety, dont want the little dears to crash and hurt themselves.
Are you sure?
Perhaps they only chase them if it is an even number day of the month!
I'm sure I've heard elsewhere that bikers who are being chased remove their helmets so that the police have to back off in case there's an accident and the unprotected little b*****ds bang their head.

Now don't start trying to use logic to counter this nonsense. You'll only upset yourself and make your own head hurt.
Frequently see young men/ kids on scooters/ bikes with no helmets, just balaclavas, often two up around the bell green/ sydenham area.

The last one I saw was a completely black motorbike with no number plate. The rider took himself and his passenger the wrong way through the lights, on red.

Quite scary to think of the damage they could do to someone or something with no insurance. One would assume they could get up to all kinds of stuff if the police aren't interested.

Expensive, but if they don't want to chase, I believe they have helicopters capable of tracking people on the ground.
