Did anyone watch this on Monday, I recorded it and watched last night, amazing, what an incredible country - must put a visit on my bucket list
I lived there for 5 years when I was a kid. Loved every minute of it and am very keen to go back. Superb programme and well worth watching.

My brief visit 15 years ago left a lasting impression on me. I was amazed that as a culture the ancient and the modern was so well joined in a way the West has never seemed able to do.
