It must be a Hackney "thing" as when I lived in Hackney (20 odd years ago) I did indeed see my neighbours naked a few times as they didn't have a blind in their bathroom and thought their frosted glass was enough cover when they had the light on inside and it was dark outside...

Two from me although one was from my car just past the fire station and yes, frosted glass does go rather see through and the other was our up stairs neighbour pointing out the couple opposite who were in their bedroom, curtains wide open "entertaining themselves" most energetically.
OMG - dont believe this - 1st one late last night - everyone is right about that frosted class - lady opposite thinks it is non see through - oh dear
