I'm sat in the dental surgery, working away.. What is the off licence going to become (was called GOGI's) in HOP, next to the Linkway Cars taxi building ??

I was passing today and had a chat with the new owner who was very friendly and is, I think, an artist.
It is going to be artists studios upstairs and a pop-up gallery downstairs. The studios are all taken although the building work is not yet finished. The owner said it was in a dreadful state when they took it over.
