Yes, it is (was?) run in a flat at 77 Sunderland Road.
Cars and taxis coming and going all day and night long. 3 or 4 ladies having a break from "work" in their bathrobes smoking cigarettes just outside the building front door ... In such a residential road, families with small children as their neighbours. Truly surprising indeed.

Wow the delivery bikes got a mention. One beeped at me and came out of nowhere, like I was in the wrong as he rode down the footpath! Glad someone reported these morons.
