And who would have thought that an old post office last decorated in the 1970s could become a pub? Complete with original light fittings and space to drink in the safes. In comparison the Perry Vale site is a straightforward space to develop a great business. I'm looking forward to it.

Location wise, I'm over the moon - as a Perry Vale ward resident, it's great having options our side of the tracks. Much as I like the All Inn One, variation and something a little more sophisticated would be lovely. Secretly, I'm hoping for it to become a lovely place for me to hope off the train and grab a nice glass of wine!
