Directly behind my flat is an industrial type property. The back wall of my flat needs to be repaired because of damp, but the only way I can access the wall is via the industrial property. So how do I find out who owns it? (Occasionally there are men working there, but I've not seen anyone for a while now.)

Land Registry. Can get details online if you have the address. Costs a couple of quid.

Fhssecretary is right.

You could try 192.com

It might give you some information.

Or the public version of the electoral register. You can see this at the library in Laurence House. It is free. But people can opt out of the public version.
