Hi Baggydave

I've set up a separate topic so that I can ask you a few questions!

I have looked at the planning applications website, the information on there is a bit vague and the number of people consulted by the council seems to be very limited! Do you know any more about this - for example what are the proposals for the land once the trees have been removed?

I have e-mailed the planning department saying that I have some concerns and asking for more information, as seven people have already registered objections I think you only need three more for a public planning meeting?

Brian, I'm referring to Baggy Dave's post entitled - URGENT - Development of the old reservoir site, he asked that responses were not posted on his thread.

I'm told the application is currently invalid (forms not completed correctly or similar) and won't be processed by planning until the applicant corrects these problems. It's worth us all keeping an eye on it though.
