I have a secure car parking space to rent out. It's two minutes from FH station and a permit will be issued granting sole 24/7 access, for as long as is required. What do you reckon would be a fair price and is anyone interested? I'm not a car owner, so have no knowledge about parking fees etc. Ta. |

Chaz To be honest I am have no idea. Someone wanted to but my mothers garage but we did not want to have to change the deeds. All depends exactly where you are. 99% of car drivers do not like walking more than a few yards at most. Suggest you advertise. You never know you may get an offer through this site. Perhaps best you give a rough idea where space is. Good Luck |

Thanks for the advice, Brian. As I said, I'm a two minute stroll from the station. I will advertise it in the shops around the station if no-one is interested here. I tried the local estate agents, suggesting £15 per week, unlimited use. I thought they might be interested, considering they often need to drive prospective clients to viewings, but it seems they prefer to simply park up all day outside nearby residents houses. |

Good Luck Chaz But as I say most motorists are lazy and two minuites would be nothing to you and me but would be a no no as far as many are concerned. I appreciate you do not want to give the complete address but think you will have to be more precise |
