I have a secure car parking space to rent out. It's two minutes from FH station and a permit will be issued granting sole 24/7 access, for as long as is required.
What do you reckon would be a fair price and is anyone interested? I'm not a car owner, so have no knowledge about parking fees etc.

To be honest I am have no idea. Someone wanted to but my mothers garage but we did not want to have to change the deeds.
All depends exactly where you are. 99% of car drivers do not like walking more than a few yards at most.
Suggest you advertise. You never know you may get an offer through this site.
Perhaps best you give a rough idea where space is.

Thanks for the advice, Brian.
As I said, I'm a two minute stroll from the station.
I will advertise it in the shops around the station if no-one is interested here. I tried the local estate agents, suggesting £15 per week, unlimited use. I thought they might be interested, considering they often need to drive prospective clients to viewings, but it seems they prefer to simply park up all day outside nearby residents houses.

Good Luck Chaz
But as I say most motorists are lazy and two minuites would be nothing to you and me but would be a no no as far as many are concerned. I appreciate you do not want to give the complete address but think you will have to be more precise
