I was walking down the end of Dartmouth Rd (by the pool end) the other week and noticed the party store. I wish I had know about it for my son's birthday party last month.

Would it be technically possible to have a map of Forest Hill Centre on the site (Dartmouth Rd, London Rd, Perry Vale etc...) that included all the names and locations of the stores. Also one that could be updated when a new businesses, or organisation, appeared?

That way we could view the growth of Forest Hill on the site?

Maybe a second map showing Honor Oak Park and Brockly Rise?

It would certainly be possible if only time allowed - have to earn a living doing other things - but if anyone would like to volunteer to create a map we'd be only too pleased to display it, and of course credit the author.

I could put together a list of stores, but I don't know how to design a map. Could it be done on Power Point?

There are the beginnings of a good directory on http://www.foresthill.org.uk/directory.html with pictures of the front of most of the shops!

I have seen a good map of shops in Forest Hill from the FHTA (there was one in the window of an old shop that is now Sainsburys) does anybody have a copy of this?

If we can get a good map and the complete list from foresthill.org.uk, making the map interactive is not too difficult. Since foresthill.org.uk has already started this project it might be best to work with them to host the page - not that it would really matter to users.
