no vouchers as yet, was told a) only 1000 people were offered these and b) OUr home store is Sava Centre in Sydenham. Very odd, as we have never been to this store. Our home store is Forest Hill which is where we have always redeemed our points.
What a mess. Think I really will explore Tesco home shopping..... Hope everyone else is having better luck.

We live on Taymount Rise, have a Nectar card and were registered at the Forest Hill store. Fortunately we received the vouchers through the post so can't understand why you didn't. Good luck.

I have 100% confused these mysterious vouchers. I repeat JS have no obligation to send anything but want I do not appreciate is certain people getting preference.
I must admit I do not like driving at weekends so get the train to Croydon and use M and S.
Savacentre depresses me and Dog Kennel Hill journey a pain.
I think JS assume that due to the fact the two nearest stores are both JS they will get all the trade.

Hmmm - interesting. I got vouchers. I also have a Nectar card. I wonder what criteria Sainsbury used in dishing them out. I have to say, if it was my job I would base it on profit per customer - this is data I assume JS can access through Nectar. Big brother is counting your sausages!

Just in case people missed this on the other Sainsbury thread. Below is JS customer service reasoning for the delivery and non-delivery of vouchers. I guess some of us are loyal customers and some of us are not.
Thank you for your e-mail about the vouchers.
I am very sorry that you were disappointed that you did not receive the promotional vouchers we sent out recently.
Not all Nectar cardholders will receive all mailings from us, especially as we try to target our mailings to be relevant to our customers. In addition, you may wish to check your mailing preferences with Nectar to ensure you have not opted out of receiving mailings from the Nectar sponsors including ourselves.
I am sorry you have had cause to doubt the reasons behind this mailing. I do hope I have gone some way to restoring your faith in Sainsbury’s. Thank you again for taking the time to write to us.
