Hello. I'm trying to relocate to East Dulwich/ Forest Hill area and have found a nice flat in Wood Vale. But couldn't help noticing the Wood Vale council estate nearby. Does anyone know whether there has been much trouble/problem with the estate? |

I suppose the residents of the aforementioned estate might query if there has been any trouble in your flats.
Seriously though nice location next to Horniman
No idea about rowdy council tennants. They may all be private now. |

This is getting a bit us and them isn't it guys? Not particularly inclusive.
But congratulations Azhar on choosing the posh side of the tracks. Hope you will join my campaign to reopen the post office, pub and railway line and oppose other poster's proposals to divert the South Circular down Wood Vale (see numerous other threads) |
