The display at Sainsbury's showing the new look store includes what looks like flats above the extension. Does anyone know who these are aimed at e.g. social housing, luxury flats or just bog standard flats to be sold on the open market?

...refers to the units at the rear being "affordable". As to the ones above the store...probably not. The obligation on a developer is 25% affordable I think so the ratio seems to work out about right for that.

1 and 2 bedders look like will be sold on open market whilst the development at back is to be affordable housing.

Does anyone know which estate agent will be selling the flats?
