Saw a mass brawl outside the hand car wash on Sydenham Road on Saturday. My posh estate doesn't have gangs and hand car washes but my guess is that there were some 'issues' between the car wash and the tyre fitters next door. Anyone interested in more details?

Yes, sounds intriguing. Were they using the tools of their respective trades? A soapy sponge can be no match for a tyre lever

Oh I dunno, a Karcher pressure washer could do some damage!

I told the police they had tools but quickly explained, as you are interested Hiltop, that this was a shovel and a wheel brace – which were put down as it ended up in fists (although several of the respective groups were trying to calm things down). Well more exciting than watching paint dry at the new Sainsburys.
