I don't want to give the game away, but I am now becoming quite famous and I am looking for a place closer to town. I find this web site both entertaining and informative. I am planning to move to London and the SE23 area seems to be quite attractive, nice mix of facilities and people, convenient for town and up and coming. Any suggestions on where I should be looking? This right side of the tracks and posh estage stuff is really confusing me! |

Paxton Road at the far end of Perry Vale near the parade is a private development and I think it's great. It has parking, a gym, pool, gardens and from my experience its well managed. Also from my experience of renting all of that is rare!
It's a relatively new development and it's a 10 minute walk from the station so it might not suit everybodys needs.

Some come on, who are you or is this a wind up? If you are a reality TV 'star', then please don't move to Paxton Road, as I like it there and wouldn't want to move because of some dim witted attention seeker bringing down the area. Unless you are the cute blonde one from the last series (can't remember her name), in which case, feel free. |

Or maybe it's that weird Portuguese bloke/bird who won the last series? If so, please also feel free to move to Dave's posh estate, where you will be able to take up badminton with Dave, Blakey from On the Buses, Captain Peacock, a bloke who was once in Status Quo, Linda Barker and various cast members of short lived soap opera Triangle. |
