I'm interested in joining a yoga class - beginner's level. Any suggestions or know of any classes? |

v good classes at the Iyengar yoga centre in New Cross, about a 10 min walk from New Cross Gate Station. Have a look in the window of Karavan - they ususally have a few classes advertised. |

I have been told about a class which runs in the community centre in Brockley at 7pm some weeknights. Haven't gone yet. There was an excellent iyengar class at the Trinity Hall, just off Sydenham Park Road, but I don't know if it's still running. Les. |

Check out Kamal's website www.chaithanyayogaschool.com. She'll be starting new courses within the next week or two and usually does a course for beginners. |
