Two suspicious teenagers have been seen in Forest Hill today. They have been seen in the Dartmouth Road Area looking in cars - one keeps look out and presumeable if they are not disturbed the other one will break into the car. This was in broad daylight at around 1pm today. One has a black eye and a baseball hat the other one wears a black hoodie. They were disturbed today so went off in the direction of Sydenham. Please watch out for them. |
