Is anyone aware of any parent/baby groups in the local area which perhaps include baby massage, baby signing, baby yoga etc?

I am not aware of such groups in Forest hill.
Perhaps you should try in richer area such as Dulwich Village

There's Nutkins playgroup at the church on One Tree Hill in Honor Oak Park. The Baptist Church on Perry Vale also runs a parent and baby playgroup. The Forest Hill Pools run a mother and baby swim class. Calling the NCT is also usefull for referals to people who do baby massage and yoga. |

Hi Mia
There is a sing and sign class in the Dulwich area. They suggest that babies should be at least 6months. I found the web site www.singandsign.com. The details of the lady who runs the local classes are on there, i found her to be very helpful.
I have some info about local(ish) mother and baby clubs which i will try and post later (when i have details to hand). As Elizabeth said above the Perry Vale baptist church runs a mother and toddler group - they have a waiting list!!!
