Hi, i am thinking of moving to the area and was wondering if anyone could help me account for the average cost of bills in the area. I am wondering about gas, electric and water. Any info that you can provide would be much appreciated. |

It also depends on the type of accomodation you're looking for. 3 bedroom house or studio flat won't cost you the same.
I agree with the General above though. Can't imagine it will vary much from anywhere else. |

...and whether the heating is gas or electric...ditto cooking...whether you have double glazing...whether you are on the top floor or an intermediate one... |

....if you have an electric shower or gas......if it's a combi boiler or a tank......if the accomodation is well insulated or not....how warm you like your house..... |
