The people who own the old retail site next to Forest Hill Post Office seem to have spent a great dealofmoney on security and improvements. Let us hope we are to see a new shop of quality
products.
I find ir hard to believe they would spend all that moeney if no one was to move in. |

they received a grant from the council for the new shop front, the shop is currently up for sale @ a price of £250k. i was interested in the shop when it was up for lease but however don't have £250k to buy it. hopefully someone will, we need more in forest hill |

Perhaps a professional Landlord will buy it Megan - that way you may still be able to get the lease. If you can find out who the prospective purchasers are it could be worth your while approaching them to see if they would consider granting you a lease. |
