I believe these are a fairly new devolpment near Mayow Road.
Seem very nice
As for car crime I am afraid this could happen any where. |

it has a reputation locally as being a clean and well run estate an highly desirable judging by the prices- swimming pool too! They could always consider cctv... |

I live in Pacton Road and I love it. Very well maintained and haven't heard of any problems relating to cars and mine is there all the time. |

I visit my friend who lives in the Paxton Road development and it's very cool. The places are well built so you don't hear the neighbours walking around above you, the swimming pool is brilliant and it's lovely and quiet. I made the mistake of buying a ground floor period conversion and all I can hear are the neighbours walking around upstairs keeping up awake. I wouldn't mind living there. |

I've been living in Paxton Road for nearly four years time and can't think of many better places to live in Forest Hill.
I've heard of one or two instances of crime - e.g. last year someone had their motorbike stolen and there was a break in whilst someone was away on business. But all in all, it's a great place to live and very well maintained. |
