Did anyone see the article on Forest Hill in the 'Home & Property' supplement of a well known London evening newspaper 31/3 (no ads here!)?

Spoke about FH in glowing terms 'a once elegant victorian suburb with grand period properties and hill-top views...'

Bargains for Easter is the headline and there are nice pics of the horniman, the hob and the view from the top of the hill.

Good positive stuff.

Yes I did see it. Quite positive except the bit that Forest Hill less sought after than Sydenham alledgably because they have more green spaces.
I would say that was debateable

Agreed - I've never felt hemmed in FH in general. The Horniman is a great asset and most of the residential streets are tree lined.

I suppose Sydenham has better access to Crystal Palace etc...
