I am pleased to see our local Councillors taking an interest in Forest Hill and the condition of Taymount Rise and the station. I would be grateful if they could also look at the state of the footpath between Clyde Terrace and Sydenham Park. When it is dry the end towards Clyde Terrace is extremely muddy but when it rains there is at least a 20' puddle which is only passable by carefully balancing on the tyres and broken pallets. This area needs urgent attention Many thanks in anticipation and I can look forward to dry feet |

Hi Ernie Well said. Infact one evening last week , i think Wednesday about 6pm , I tried to walk along from the station end but gave up and returned to Dartmouth Road. |

I have asked officers to investigate and see what can be done. |

Dear Brian and Mr P Offficers have looked at this. Solving the drainage problem is likely to very expensive, and they are now looking at 're-profiling' the path as an alternative. I have asked them to let me have a timescale. |
